Skin Care , Home Care and Paste Mixer machine with oil /water phase for a customer in south africa. It will be used to mix different viscous products in cosmeics industry.
The machine is double jacketed for steam heating with insulation, automatic pneumatic valve, weight system , CIP susyem . There's an double way anchor stirrer with PTFE wipers, a high shear rotor double stator homogenizer and a high speed disperser mixer. Vacuum pump is equipped to pull out the bubbles during mixing.
The control is done by Siemens PLC . You can program the speed, time, temperature , wieght and vacuum etc and save it as a recipe.
1.Vacuum emulsifying machine is specially designed adopting advanced technology of oversea according to the cosmetic and ointment production technology.
2.The machine is made up of pretreatment boiler (oil boiler, water boiler), vacuum emulsification blending boiler,
vacuum pump , pouring-out system, electric control system or steam heating system and workable .
3. The function of the machine including mixing, homogenizing, heating, emulsifier etc. it's the best choose for making high grade cosmetic cream, lotion etc.
