FTB automatic Labeling machine
1.Round flat bottles labeling machine is suitable for the round, flat, single-sided or double-sided bottles labeling.
2.Labeling machine design is reasonable, easy to operate, flexible replacement of different bottle-shaped structure. High elasticity and non-powered scraper squeezed sponge round ensure no air bubbles. Whole structure adopts strengthen rigid design and is simple, elegant and stable.
3. The whole machine adopts 304 stainless steel and aluminum alloy materials, using standardized design interchangeable parts. Sending label structure adopts aluminum alloy and is surface sandblasted, bright and clean and easy maintenance. Conveyor chain plate adopts imported parts and is good toughness, wear-resisting durable and easy to clean without distortion which in full compliance with GMP requirements
4. The machine can be stand-alone operations and equipped with production line. Because the machine adopts a number of cutting-edge technologies as well as the implementation of high performance parts and adopts servo motor to improve the labeling accuracy. System is controlled by German Siemens company professional programmable controller for the closed-loop of the servo motor, PLC with large-scale man-machine interface. It contains more than 100 groups of memory and can be replaced rapidly
5. Induction electric eye is Japanese or West Germany advanced electric eye
