FGJ-Y series linear filling machine for filling creams and lotions and meet GMP manufacturing, the filling machine using in the form of servo motor as the driving force to ensure the accuracy of the filling, the filling is driven by a servo motor to drive with two feed cylinder piston to ensure the synchronization of the filling material, and filling speed, filling volume adjustment and other more simple and fast. Piston filling nozzle has a special leak-proof means of filling no drawing, drip phenomenon, the use of imported filling piston seals, sealing, and long service life. When the bottle filling volume change, through the touch screen to adjust the motor sends instructions to complete the filling volume adjustment, compared with the conventional manual mechanical adjustment, more convenient and user-friendly. The main element is imported plus repeated testing to ensure the safe and reliable performance.
